Looking for a fun and active birthday party for your little one?

Seacliff KinderGym offers self-catered birthday parties for children from birth to preschool age, with exclusive use of our KinderGym halls and equipment.

Children can climb, swing, jump, balance, explore and play in a fun and active environment while celebrating with family and friends.

Parties are available for up to 20 children aged 0 to 5 years who are not yet attending school.

Party times

Sundays during school terms
10am – 12 noon
1pm – 3pm

Your 2-hour party booking includes an additional 30 minutes before the party for set up and 30 minutes after the party for pack up and cleaning.

Access times:
9:30am – 12:30pm for the 10am party
12:30pm – 3:30pm for the 1pm party

Important Party Information

For everyone’s safety

The birthday child must be 0–5 years old and not yet attending school.
Older siblings and guests are welcome to attend and watch, but school-aged children and adults cannot use the KinderGym equipment.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Food and drinks are restricted to the foyer.
Children must remove shoes, socks and jewellery before using the equipment.
Our KinderGym team member will be present to help maintain a safe environment and their instructions must be followed.
Please leave the kitchen and facilities clean and tidy.
Damage to equipment may be charged to the hirer.
A $50 deposit is required to secure the booking.

Booking & Cancellation

$50 deposit
A $50 deposit is required when booking, with the balance due 7 days before the party.

Cancellations
If cancelled within 7 days of the party, all monies paid are forfeited. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the party will receive a refund.

Use of our kitchen facilities including fridge/freezer, microwave, pie warmer, urn, kettle, platters and cake stand.

A designated table area in our foyer for food, cake and celebrations.

What happens at a KinderGym party?

Your 2-hour KinderGym party is filled with movement, play, food and fun — with 30 minutes before and after the party for set up and pack up.

WELCOME

The birthday child arrives with their parents to set up food, get settled and receive a safety briefing from our KinderGym team member.

60 mins

LET THE FUN BEGIN!

Time for the birthday child and their babies, toddlers & preschool-aged guests to climb, swing, jump, balance, explore and play!

School-aged children are welcome to attend and celebrate, but they are not permitted to use the KinderGym equipment.

30 mins

REFUEL

Time to take a break from all the fun, enjoy some party food and have a drink.

MORE KINDERGYM FUN

Back into KinderGym for another 15 minutes of movement, play and fun.

CAKE & GIFTS

It’s time for cake, presents and saying goodbye to your party guests.

FINISH UP

The birthday child and parents can pack away food and belongings and leave the space clean and tidy.
