Your self-catered party includes –

  • Two hours of exclusive use of KinderGym halls and KinderGym equipment suitable for pre-school age children where children can climb, crawl, roll, jump and swing.

  • Full use of our kitchen facilities, including pie warmer, microwave, urn, kettle, fridge/freezer, plastic platters.

  • Designated table area in our foyer.

  • Digital party invitations included for either boy or girl.

The venue is available on Sundays school terms only  – There are two sessions available – 10.30am till 12.30pm and 1.30pm till 3.30pm. For up to twenty children aged 5 and under only.


The coaches at Seacliff KinderGym are committed to making your child’s birthday party a success. Whilst KinderGym parties are fun, there are some safety measures that need to be followed to make sure your child and your guests are safe. We would therefore appreciate your support with the following guidelines outlined below.

  • It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring the party venue from Seacliff KinderGym, to ensure that all of the following safety instructions are adhered to in order to avoid injury or possible damage to the equipment.

  • Child celebrating birthday must be 5 years or under.

  • Older siblings and guests are most welcome to attend and watch but please note that the KinderGym equipment is for UNDER 5’s. Over 5 year olds are NOT permitted to use the KinderGym equipment. This includes adults!

  • All persons must vacate the premises in accordance with the hired hours. (30 mins either side of booking times to allow for set up and clean up!)

  • To protect our equipment and for the safety of your guests, all drinking and eating is restricted to the foyer.

  • Children will need to remove their socks and shoes and any jewellery for their own safety and the protection of our equipment.

  • The gym is set up by our coaches using equipment that is appropriate for the age of the children attending the party and we ask that you take this into consideration when you are organising your guest list.

  • Any damage caused to equipment during the party will be charged to the hirer at market prices prevailing at the time of hire.

  • The KinderGym coach is there on the day to ensure a safe environment is maintained for all and any instruction must be complied with immediately.

  • Use of Seacliff Recreation Centre kitchen is available during day. This includes fridge, pie warmer, microwave, plastic platters, urn. Please make sure that the kitchen is left in the condition that you found it.

  • A $50 deposit is required at time of booking with the balance owing due 7 days prior to the commencement of the party. If the party is cancelled within 7 days of hire, then all the monies will be forfeited. Cancellations in excess of 7 days prior to the event will be issued a refund.
